How You Can Help

We need your help in order to achieve our goals of raising awareness and campaigning for the changes we so desperately need

Thanks to you all, we've got off to flying start in just one full week. You are all amazing!
To keep up momentum and grow, we need members, donors and volunteers.
This needn't be a lot - donations can be anything from £1 upwards or volunteering can be as little as sharing some of our Facebook Posts or Tweets.

Donate or Fundraise

We are a voluntary non-profit undergoing full UK Charity Commission registration, with have a full board of trustees for governance.

We need financial help to travel to meet MPs (they've actually rang us!); pay for IT and marketing materials, leaflets, book rooms for events, and so on.
Please donate anything from a £1 upwards, or consider fundraising via a sponsored walk or crazy skydive!

Annual Memberships are currently just £10 a year or £2 a month.
Please support us and help our charity get the lift off we need:
  • You will be a key part of the movement that formed the #ADHDAct
  •  You will get priority access to regional and national events for ADHD awareness, training, support and learning
  • We aim to publish a high quality quarterly magazine for ADHD in the UK called Pay Attention! (of similar quality to ADDitude in the states) You will receive this FREE when released next year (IF we can gain enough momentum and funds to keep us going, we are optimistic this will happen if we call pull together)

Share your story

Most importantly, please share your stories. A key driver for change with politicians and decision makers are your powerful journeys.

These may be fights for diagnosis for you or your family, long waiting lists, or ignorance and stigma by teachers, family members or other professionals.

These can be written or video. We will help guide you. Email us for more information:

We need your help to make some noise and boost our visibility:

  • Become a Social Media Attention Volunteer (simply reposting and retweeting whenever you have time)
  • Become an ADHD Advocate (by displaying on your social profiles or telling others for example)
  • Offer pro-bono (free) advice or practical support
